While we do not offer refunds on services, we want you to love your experience — please contact us within 5 days if you’re unsatisfied, and we’ll gladly offer an adjustment or redo with the original stylist when appropriate. Retail product returns are accepted within 14 days for salon credit.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Iowa County, Iowa.
